Downtime and server issues today…

You may have noticed that one of our servers was down for quite a few hours earlier today. The reason behind it was due to hardware failure. All the hardware has now been replaced with new hardware and everything seems to be back to normal and is running stable.

We will continue to monitor things to see if everything continues to run as they should. All of our affected customers will also be given a extra one month of hosting for free.

If you are ever having problems accessing the server, you can always keep updated by following our Twitter account or add us to Messenger (martin.downunder@hotmail.com).

    Great to be back up. My two sites were down for a long time, but at least you guys can admit the problems. Load times are blazing fast now!
