Yes, while you can host any type of site with us our main support is aimed at self-hosted WordPress sites.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept PayPal.

How often is the data on the server backed up?

We perform daily backups on all our servers to ensure critical files are never lost, this includes your email, web files and any databases you may have.

It is also recommended that users should also download their databases regularly using either phpmyadmin or a WordPress plugin like WP-DB-Backup. File backups can also be generated and downloaded via cPanel, this is recommended also.

Domains

We recommend using a domain name that is already registered with a registrar. The reason behind this is to give the domain owner (you) more control over the domain. The domain will then always be your property.
